You have several options to use our system and mix them together if you want, the first one is have your own inventory, you have contact with hotel owners and manage their own availability according and then you arrange a way for the hotel owners to pay you, usually they pay you a monthly fee, a percentage on their sales, a service charge, etc…, this is arranged between you and each hotel you manage.

 

After, you can use XML providers connected via GDS, in this scenario, you have instant hotels on your portal, depending on the XML provider you choose, it ranges from 50,000+ and in several parts of the world. If someone books on any of those hotel thru your site, the XML provider will pay you a commission based on the number of bookings you make per month and the type of reservation, whether hot rate, last minute rate, standard rate, the commission ranges from 5% to 40%

 

The way you get paid in the last scenario and the place you are in or your company is incorporated it ranges from daily to weekly or monthly payments, for example if you are in the United States or have a United States Bank account, this is done usually on a daily bases and you are paid via ACH transfer, if you are in other countries, usually you get a check in US$ or you can require a wire transfer, this also varies from the number of reservations you have. We have no direct involvement with rates, and this is paid between you and the XML provider.
