Upgrade
If for some reason the upgrade.php execution does not end and what you see in the screen is just "Starting upgrade process...." then, the most common reason for this is max_execution_time setting in php.ini
In order to fix this, set max_execution_time to 0 in the php.ini file in the Resource Limits section.

Remember you need to see:
Starting upgrade process....
Database schema updated.
Upgrade complete.
