Knowledge Base Troubleshooting Menu/Submenu Rebuild 
Menu got corrupt.
If for some reason control panel/administration menus got corrupt and they don't show up you can run the upgrade.php script with the parameter ?deleteplugins=1 and it will rebuild menu completly.
Remember, if both panels got corrupt (For example travelportal and hotelier) you need to run this twice.
Ex:
hotelier/upgrade.php?deleteplugins=1
travelportal/upgrade.php?deleteplugins=1
What this will do is perform a db check and delete the plugins contents for the specific panel and rebuild new ones.
As an alternative you can login to the configuration panel and add the menus manually (It's a more time consuming job)
