- The size or resolution of the image is not an issue, BugHotel Reservation System will use any size as long as the platform allows it to.
- BugHotel Reservation System will use gif, png, jpeg file types so when uploading images make sure you are using one of them.
- Make sure the upload path set in configuration panel (NextGen Setup) is correct
- Make sure the upload path has the correct settings (chmod 777 images in linux or permissions set to everyone in windows)
