Direct Distribution (Room Level)
This level of planning lists all the roomtypes and the types of occupancy per roomtype. A single room may have a single occupancy and if so may be sold at a difference price. This is defined when clicking on the price on the planning, or at the hotel roomtype page.
Direct Distribution (Room Level)
Rack rate is the full price of a hotel room, which the customer would pay if he or she walked into the hotel off the street and asked for a room. While lower than the maximum rate that the hotel may be allowed to charge under local laws, it is usually higher than the rate most travel agents can book for their customers.
Per Pax means the price Per Person (the price it costs each individual person).

If the Booking.com module is installed and if the Booking.com settings are set to "Bookingdocom Full Integration", when pricing and inventory are changed within any Direct Distribution planning, the system auto updates the booking.com extrane.
